Investing in Deeds of trust

Trust deed investments are a great way to diversify an investment portfolio. Deed of Trust investing can bring better returns than traditional stocks, mutual funds, or certificate of deposits, and are secured by Arizona real estate. This type of an investment is usually well secured due to lending up to 80% of the property value. Property valuations can be determined by comparable property sales or appraisals. The transaction is handled by an independent title company, who records the deed of trust and issues an insured title policy. Monthly servicing of the Note is maintained by an independent account servicing company.
